DOMESTIC SHIPPING

 

  • UPS Standard:   FREE

  • Delivery for UPS Standard is within 3 business days if ordered by 2:00 PM EST/EDT Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays. This is subject to any additional anti-fraud screening that may be required. 

  • Enjoy complimentary in-store pickup. We will notify you when your order is ready for in-store pick up in Upper Arlington, Ohio. Signature required upon pick-up.

  • Same Day Local Delivery: Complimentary

  • We provide same-day delivery service on orders within various zip codes in Columbus, Ohio. Orders will be delivered same-day if placed and authorized before 2PM EST Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We will contact you to confirm additional information prior to delivery. Exclusions may apply.

  • Orders may require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery. All orders may only be delivered to the shipping information provided on your order and cannot be changed after the order is shipped.

  • PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 72 HOURS FOR PROCESSING OF YOUR ORDER FROM THE TIME IT WAS PLACED. IF YOU NEED YOUR ORDER EXPEDITED, PLEASE CONTACT US PRIOR AT 1-614-488-6400.

  • Orders with alternate shipping and billing addresses, or that require credit card verification may take additional time for processing and may delay your delivery time.

  • We do not ship to Puerto Rico and US territories.

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays once your order has shipped.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • We regret that Lealboutique.com does not offer international delivery at this time.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

To request a return, please email shopleal@lealboutique.com with your order number and reason for returning and we will send you a return shipping label.

  • Request for return must be received within 7 days of when the package was received. 

  • The package must be shipped back to us within 3 days of receiving the label. 

  • All sale merchandise, special orders, and custom-made clothing, jewelry, and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned. 

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when they were purchased. 

  • Leal reserves the right to refuse any returns.
